Awesome.

Hey look!, the shocks are in the right place!

It's good to see that it's not just an electric Slayer conversion. Let's hope the ground clearance in the front is better.

Knowing Associated, they'll have their "me too!" design out soon.

Why the hell didn't manufacturers go in this design direction 20 years ago, instead of with those ugly-ass 4X4 buggies that few people wanted? Mickey Thompson stadium racing was hot years ago, all we got then was a few weak stadium truck body body designs and dorky looking bouncy "Bigfoot" tires to run with...

Tamiya, Panda, & Kyosho tried to get it right years ago, but they never gained any ground.

Uggh!...better late than never...(more money to spend)...

Congrats to Traxxas for getting it right!

I am really liking this...the more I look at it, the modular design, stick pack down one side, hopefully wheels swap between the 2wd and 4wd slashes....

Lots of speculation, but I am hoping for sub $400 (please dont do the 399.99 trick) and late November/early December information floating.

Guess I need to post some cars in the BST soon...

The shots of the real deal were taken at the Crandon International Raceway in Crandon WI, a track I have raced on many times!

Is this 1/16 scale? I mentioned it at the hobby shop and the owner pulled out a catalogue that said it was 1/16th scale. How is this a Slash if it is 1/16 I thought the 2wd Slash was 1/10th. :?
