It's not that great here..want an annual riot?

Every year an event organised by a University is held here in Dunedin. It is known as the “Undie 500” and involves a bunch of drunk engineering students making their cars look as ridiculous as possible then driving the 500 kms between two university cities.
Anyway it has now become an annual riot and features in newspapers and television all over the World.

It may be pretty but I don't think any other city/country would put up with this sort of crap.
