HotShot Suspension Question

Here's a link to a You Tube video. It's a race with a hotshot in it. If you move the end of the video you will see footage which shows a unique HotShot four wheel independent suspension set up. It really looks the business and I'm trying to find out whether it was a standard hop-up option or whether it is an individual customisation. If you have the answer, please let me know. Thanks.

His Grasshopper project is sick too. He does a lot of impressive stuff-- very creative and talented bloke.

Mike- I think you missed the HS he was talking about. It had an inboard, almost Revo-like shock setup.
Check the TC link. Amazing stuff.

Yes, that's right. I was not referring to the HP suspension kit but the onboard front suspension as well as the dual rear suspension located in just under the wing. really great stuff....

car is hot, expensive though, almost $500? its basically a hot trick clone/modified a bit. personally, and just my opinion, i dont like the physical design and looks of it.

make me a TMS reproduction chassis kit, along with a RC channel suspension kit, and those wheels and that would look awesome...

Isn't this stuff pretty similar to the Hot Trick stuff? Wheels look similar to Tecnacrafts too....

Wow~ you have great RC knowledge!!!
Yes, it was made by Hot trick fans who really hope to see the great stuff again ~ it was my friend and we have a club in Taiwan only playing the vintage buggies from 1980s. :D

They are heat sinks and/or resistors. They are not present on the re-re if I recall. I think they're kinda cool. 8)

What is TMS chassis kit? Maybe I can help to pass this infoprmattion to them.
I got two hot trick hotshots also, they work pretty nice. I ran it by using V8 white motor, and it achieves 40Km/hour ~ it is nice. But the gearbox is noisy due to poor efficiency.... :?

I like RC channel suspension kit as well. They are helpful with reasonable cost. 8)
