Whey! that is quick.
I have a buddy that placed a brushless 3.5 motor is a 12th scale and hit 96MPH with LIPO batteries.
Scary fast..

thats funny i just sent this vid to my buddy a few days ago..he likes the high speed stuff..did you see the front tires ?? what are they, o rings? and whats up with the front wheels.. 86mph is way too fast for me..60mph is enough for my drivin..infact the fastest ive had rcs is about 55mph..ill take power and runtime over crazy top speeds anyday..
its still cool that they can get rcs to go that fast these days..id like to see a crash at those speeds too

I guess I've never been into how fast you can go in a straight line, I mean it's cool but where's the talent? Getting around a technical track fastest is more fun to me. How much talent does it take to buy a crazy motor and a few batteries?
