and sent payment at 30th March by paypal.
ebay checkout not works sometimes for international users like me.
I had the checkout problems before. and I sent my payment directly from paypal when I got the error message.
there was no difference between ebay checkout and direct paypal payment to me
and, Never had a issue before
even I sent my payment to a ceramic diff balls seller in HK at the same day. and the seller got the payment

the problem is
the seller said he could not find my paypal payment. I opened a case on ebay and paypal both.
ebay said my payment would be released after I left postive feedback or cancel the transaction. ebay transaction was canceled. and the case closed. but the seller still can't see my payment in his account

and I tried paypal dispute. paypal said the fund will be released after I closed the case. I did it.
but nothing append yet. I trust this seller. he dosen't have any reason lie to me.
but, I don't know where my $22.87 is

hi ive come accross something like this before, and it could possibly be whats happened. was the paypal address that you sent the money tooexactly the same as the one linked to his paypal account? looks can be decieving. good luck with it.

I have dealt with that seller from the UK, he is no trouble at all, it often takes 5 days for a refund to show in paypal in these cases, if it did indeed go to a wrong address which does not accept the payment, it takes them 10 days to tell you it has not been accepted.
