the rules should stay the same as last year, as well as the classes.

i'm sure once the dates are confirmed, they'll start a thread with a new flyer.

ill be there this year with my ultima and maybe a 4wd entry. waiting on chad from dynotech for a few ultima parts and my car will be ready to roll, and plenty of time to dial it unlike last year. i literally finished my car a week before and just didnt have time to practice, even though i have 20 rc10's sitting around

I ran 2wd buggy and 2wd truck, I'm thinking of building either a classics class car or a Heavy Metal class truck.mikedealer wrote:how did the entry level class turn out last year? frogs/hornets/mauri's? did the class happen? wondering if its worth building up my frog
the more entry level type cars the better...

Any chance of a super stock, like 19 turn, 10.5 brushless class? Maybe we could call it open, you know run what you brung and hope it's enough. It'll probably still be slower than Westerfield but it would be fun.

Re: 2009 Vintage Off Road Nationals !!!! -- Tentatively Schedule
I'd be surprised if they did, last year, a lot of people also asked for a Mod/10.5/19T class, and they stuck to their guns regarding motor limits.
But you know how life is, things can change...

I'll be there this year after missing last years race. I'll be running 2wd buggy with my black tub and plastic RC10.

Re: 2009 Vintage Off Road Nationals !!!! -- Tentatively Schedule
OK,
So I talked to John/Mark (RCHR) tonight, the dates have changed,
The Vintage Nationals will be held September 18th, 19th and 20th and that's coming from Mark and Jonh directly.
The Rules will Remain the same, Pre 1994 Vintage Cars, Using 17.5 Brushless Motors or 24T stock brushed motors.
Hopefully we'll se ya there guys....
