Heat sink, thinking associated, its blue Might be...I've seen it before but can't find a picture now...Everything here is brand new basically. The sink, shock towers, and motor stand are about all that has been used. Any idea on anything here guys?

No idea Center is Futaba servo tray. Mount the servos in the openings and put the whole tray into the plane (or other application) between two hardwood rails.
