New steering blocks. These are the same left/right, so keeping spares will be much easier.
Updated caster blocks. We had to raise the camber ball stud location about 3/32 to solve a clearance issue on the tower side of the camber links. The stud will move up the same amount on the tower, so the geometry will stay the same.
Jeff has sent me the car, I'm supposed to get it tomorrow. I will begin figuring out front transmission mounting, the rear bulkhead with integrated belt guide mounting, and the front belt tensioner.
I'm hoping that maybe we can finish this thing up around the end of May and start offering the components for sale then. We'll see

What if i said mid-motor as well? Lol.
Pipe dream... the trans isnt configured for that but ill certainly try. Need to find a used stealth first.

It's not too wide. Its a little narrower than my b44. I'll take some pics later

It was going to be too wide but that's cause I was a dummy and trying to use different offset wheels and axles. I have given in to the funny looking b44 wheels and the width is nice
Brian is catching all the stuff I miss so we should be good now hahaha

Jeff and i have very complimentary sets of skills and knowledge, its a great partnership. I think you guys are going to be pretty happy with the results.

Todd and I have a page on FB where we do custom Monster Truck bodies and chassis
And I planted the idea of a RC10 body with an extended nose for my own RC10 4wd project
so it would be easy to pull a few extra bodies when the mold is done

Here's the comparison between the b44 and the kit we're working on. I roughly measured it, and it looks like the b44 front is about 5mm total wider than ours. So it will be legal width if anyone wants to race with it.

Last night i 3d printed a caster block in ABS. This was the 3rd try, it's better than the 1st two, but not perfect. I still need to optimize the print settings. Its probably good enough for test fitting, and could even be run, but i want to improve it further. I may even try another material, ABS is probably one of the more difficult materials to print.
