thanks man, i was going to make a new one tonight, slightly different, front angle peice a bit shorter in width, and the sides just a tad longer and maybe more at a angle. if you shoot me over a jpg file with the dimensions you want me to cut ill be glad to cut ya one up while im doing this one. jpg file is fine, just send me the dimensions of one of the peices so i can size and cut the file properly. if not you are welcome to this wing for free lol.

Wing Attempt 2, wanted a bit longer more shapely sides. its the same width cause i liked the other wing's width.

the other peice is going to be my aluminum roof. i was going to cut it out where the exposed aluminum is, but im going to leave it for right now and maybe have slots milled professionally.. working on it now, more pics soon..

Ok Project Sunday... im going to attempt to build a custom fiberglass shell. Got the Fiberglass and resin.... in the process of taping/bagging my car, stiffening the panels... and figuring out the resin mix.... This will either be the biggest mess i ever made or its gonna come out awesome... right now its awesome looking in my head.... lets see what happens in a hour or so lol.. pictures of my mess to follow...

if that doesnt work out to welll... i am going to make a aluminum body panel shell, bent along the edges and such.. Possibly welded to fit... i will polish the main part and leave some fine sanded flames with a vinyl template... hard to explain, hopefully the fiberglass will work out lol.

mike, i work with fiberglass a lot. unless you shed is 65 degrees go for the aluminum now and try the fiberglass in May. IMO if you want good results....

i have given up my painting projects until the warmer weather also. doesn't it say some temp range like that on the package of resin mix? how is the snow by you, we got a light dusting in suffolk.

duct tape works good too, leaves a mess. sometimes i use it over my masking tape form. masking tape doesnt always slide out easy like duct tape will
