I bagged the plate off RickCharlie don't surf wrote:Who did that anno color on the plate for you! I wish those white rear rims were not so hard to find!

All XXT rears are hard to find. These ones came with the first XXT I bought as a spare. Have yet to see a pair on eBay, will keep an eye out though.

Re: Jamin's Losi XXT-CR Graphite+ - A few more pics!
This is not the final body shell as I messed up the blue frame round the windows, I want a better match to the Trinity blue, but for now I thought i'd post up a few more shots.
I had to stick a tonne of spacers in the shocks so the truck sits nice, with the front a little lower than the back, just to get the stance right, driveshafts are level at the rear and the fromt wishbones are a little bit under level.
Oh and I am gonna stick yellow wheels back on it too, just because they'll match the shell better.
Enjoy...

Damn that looks good!! Thats one very fine XXT - my favouite from this site so far!
Its a real shame that the wheels/wheel disks, don't really go with the body colours as with the shell off they really work well with the Trinity blue parts & the matching red spur gear..... rather than change the wheels could you adapt your paint scheme to have red where you normally have yellow?
Its funny about the wheels - I missed out on a big bunch of XXT wheels & tyres on Ebay from Germany by about £1
Many of the wheels were new/unused - most were fronts but there were a couple of sets of rears - I only need 1 set of rears & didn't really want to get into a bidding war over them - think they all went for around £35 in the end.

Thanks for the comments Dan, I know have my ultimate XXT, I dont think there is anything else I want to put on this truck!DerbyDan wrote:Damn that looks good!! Thats one very fine XXT - my favouite from this site so far!

I agree, the white wheels and red disks look better with the shell off. I am going to put the yellow wheels back on with the red disks, it will look more co-ordinated with the shell, but less with the trinity parts.
Maybe I will keep this shell and put some pink XXT stickers on it - that'll help. Or maybe I'll put the black wheel discs on it and see what that looks like - the combinations are endless! I have two sets of different coloured wheels and loads of wheel discs - I can accessorise! PMSL!
Those rear wheels are a b1tch to find. I have one more set (I bought another NIB XXT to get them!!!) - but thats for my Kinwald replica I want to do (an original XXT with graphite bits not the G+). I am keeping an eye out for you though bud.
