So you are at 1deg toe out, with I assume 20 deg castor blocks?

Thanks to Brandon Giles for finding a nice buggy....I will see you soon brother so we can square up!!
And no JSR's green springs did'nt come in......he stole/borrowed them off of my buggy! See if I let any of my racecars spend the night at his house again!
Welcome Brandon! Didn't take too long for you to get on here after aquiring some vintage iron....

I think he is using the 30 deg castor blocks. I suggested the following:
More toe out
25 or 20 degree castor blocks
zero degree rear hubs (he has 1.5 degree rear arm mounts and 1.5 degree rear hubs on it)
40wt in all 4 shocks (he currently has 40 in back, 30 in front)

anti-squat is the same for all unless you shim more/less under the rear blocks--Brandon sounds right on the money with the changes to me, but I would change one thing at a time so you get a
feel for what change has what effect

Uh oh. Bit by the oval bug. But how can that be any fun? All you do is go straight and turn left!

My enforcer will be there with ya brother!

Hey jsrracing, I like how you trimmed the sides of the chassis to fit the body. Can you show some top and bottom views of it. I acquired one of this chassis and I am making plans to trim it.
The car looks nice.

got this back from( [email protected])I've looked through the photos and can't find one of the sprint
car without body and wing but I'll keep on looking.
As far as I can tell, we should have rc10 kits by the end of next
week.
Ray

does anybody here have a pic of one of these kits with no body and wing mostly how the rear end sets up .

yes it is mid motor . i will try to get some more pic up
awsome kit !!!!

the race went pretty good even though i got my ars kicked. (first oval for me and the car)

its a lot dif than the other cars in set up . (havok, delta, losi, customworks)

it pushed like a pig round one 6sec laps for 38laps
it pushed like a pig round 2 but better 5.9 sec laps 38 total .
i went to 10.5 lbs spring rear now were getting some were 5.5 sec laps 42total

i think im still off with the gearing and handling. the top 7 were running 44laps at around 5 flat

the funny thing that i was told last night.( I cant belive ae coppied custom works.) guess im going to have to give some history lessons .
well now that makes me old

maybe with some more track time i will find that 5 tenth of a sec .

no matter how you wrap it rc10s rule .
