I think I need a bigger box.
Luckily, I'm working on three projects that will need electronics. And I'm thinking of swapping the electronics in a couple others.

Apparently the straight line painter had the day off. But the crooked line painter was available.

Didn't quite fill it up, but that was about all I could stomach at once.

It's the same here. Apparently LA residence are paying nearly 7 bucks/gal.
What's worse is that this is completely unnecessary.
Just a little more than 13 months in and what a difference! This is what happens when the wrong people take control.

This is the reason I am glad I have a 6 gallon gas tank in my 3 cylinder car.

I don't really feel bad for them. They got what they voted for.
They are likely blaming the "evil oil companies" for it.
You wouldn't believe the kinda Hell that people from California put refineries through.
Really! Who builds a town
directly around a (pre-existing!) refinery and then complains about the refinery. Seriously, these places make noise, they put off odors, and their flares put off light.

To hell with that. My truck holds 35 gallons and gets <13 mpg.
I don't have a problem paying for the fuel. My problem is that the price is caused by stupidly, at multiple levels.
If there's a silver lining, my stocks are through the roof right now. I should probably sell but I'd prefer a split.

Unfortunately for us, IL counties are 90% red, but we have that leaching dump called Chicago that ruins the entire state. Would be a rather good state if there were a state line surrounding said dumb.

As a former Illinois resident (first 36 years), I couldn't agree with you more. Most of my immediate family still live in central Illinois. Unfortunately, Cook County sucks most of the tax revenue from downstate counties and everyone suffers -- everyone's a slave to Cook county. Happy to be living elsewhere but I feel bad for the family.

Yay!
Politics
edit: I guess I should add a pic. Nothing exciting. Just a room with new carpet. But I did the carpet. Kinda weird that carpet isn't a DIY thing.
