Those can be easily 3D printed, if needed.

Well that was not cool... I was told two guys showed up in a white compact car at 9:00 tonight and seemed to be snooping around, and then left. Come to discover they left a package on the front porch. I instantly knew what is was but didn't expect that whatsoever.

Ten days ago I bought a pair of rear aluminum beadlock wheels from China. Today they made it to northern New Jersey and said they were out for delivery but I'm at least 2 hours away. I figured it was a tracking glitch, and they'd be here tomorrow or Monday. They were sent via a company called SpeedPAK who then passes the packages off to the USPS here in America. So I don't know what the story is but am not happy about it. Also, they weren't even shipped in a box, just a thin padded envelope. I don't know how in the heck they arrived unscathed. At least they're here I guess.

A couple of 1/8 AE nitro onroad cars. Went to go buy one, and the seller had another ready to go, so a combo deal was met. :D

The original deal. RC200 w/ RPM Disc Brake. Car is broken down, but is 90%+ complete from what I can see; at least all the big stuff is there.

Then the add-on deal. RC300. I don't like the plastic independent front cars as much as the solid axles, but went with it. Main issues are that it is missing engine mounts and the chassis is toast, but will work that out.

I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.

I'm tired of getting things shipped improperly. If you can't package an item in a box that needs to be in a box, don't sell it in the first place as you're just asking for trouble. That's my segue into the 1997 Tower Hobbies catalog I got in the mail today which was packed amazingly for once. I've been buying catalogs for a number of years now, and the lack of care and effort is astounding.

I probably received more items packed poorly than I do packed well. Particularly irritating because I'm a vintage hot wheels collector as well as a rc addict, and those should be really easy to pack. No, shipping a $200 hot wheels car in a glorified plastic bag is not acceptable.

The last one that really hurt for me was 5 years ago when I bought several NIP Cirrus CS-80 clear case servos for $20 off eBay which was an amazing deal! What showed up was an empty bubble mailer with a giant hole in it. The seller claimed they had their receptionist package the servos, and they mistakenly sent them via media mail. I was refunded, and I didn't peruse it at all with the USPS. I figured that would be a lost cause, and I'd just buy some more when they came up for sale. Well... a month or two after those got lost in the mail, the price of them skyrocketed to astronomical levels. It still bothers me to this day obviously.
