I personally don't own the printer... the parts are produced on my friend's Mark Forged printer featuring carbon filament for better strength. We've been developing a range of parts we are hoping to sell through our website.

It seems you have work a little bit with the design in order to get the best O/A finish - we tend to try & get it so the side that requires the sacrificial support material when printing off the bed is on a face that is less prominent when fitted to the car, since this is always the face with the poorest finish. In the case of the collars - the underside has the poor finish & the parts are printed as a handed pair so the good finish is on the top of both left & right handed parts.

Yeah that's the best I have been able to do as well, print off Rights and Lefts so the rough side always faces the spring. Thanks for getting back :) Amazing what we can do now. This 3d printing would sound like science fiction back when I had my first JRX2.
