Very nice Edinger pictures of late transition boxes and car. The only difference with early Cadillac boxes are the address and the extra ink stamp that says "ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER NOT INCLUDED"

You can't tell if you have a late Edinger or Cadillac RC10 unless you have the original box with the address! I believe there are a great number of Edinger RC10's out there. It would be nice to know the numbers AE made at both locations.

I wonder if Tracy could find out for me?

Brian, please don't ever delete that picture from your Photobucket. I used it in the Edinger section.

Thanks

Well been doing some thinking and I am going to clear out a lot of the "excessive" stuff in my life and that ones going up on the Bay this weekend. Don't mean to jack the thread just thought it was topical (tropical?) :)

Your welcome Ruffy. This is for anyone to help with, so we can know all there is to know about the RC10's, and I'm sure you will have info and pictures to add/share in the future as you are a wealth of knowledge!

I just updated the gear covers on the Edinger post (thanks Paul and Asso-man!)

When all the models titled at the beginning are fully referenced, this should be printed in a book, or at least a brochure of some sort...
This is a timeless reference.

I updated the 6 gear CE. Thanks to Mike "fastang" for the pictures!

I need pictures of an "early CE" with the four hole front tower, bottom load shocks, A stamp chassis (no Stealth holes). If anyone could help me with this please?

I think I have a 4 hole front shock tower for the CE too. I will look through my pile!

Also note the shock caps on my CE pictured. 3 of the caps are a dull finish and the 4th is annoed shiny like the shocks/chassis. It like they just threw in what they had left from the short arm cars. If anyone wants/needs the 3 dull ones for an early resto I will trade even up fo 3 of the shinier ones! All the caps are mint with no tool marks and I expect the same in return!

The first thing you better do is relocate your front shock lower mounting points - people have been kicked off this board for lesser crimes. You have been warned
