Something to keep in mind when doing this is that you need two identical batteries. Do Not use different sized cells or capacity batteries, unless you like smoke and flames.

Oh absolutely. Whenever I buy batteries I buy 2 of the exact same each time.

Series= multiply the voltage, amps stay the same

Parallel = multiply the amperage, volts stay the same

Just on a semi serious side note here ........... be careful when playing with Lipo wiring!! They tend to punish when mishandled.

Oh absolutely. I’m very safety conscious. Trust me. I just want to have the right information and that is why I ask the questions to the people who are definitely more knowledgeable than I.

If it hasn't already been mentioned both packs need to be equal capacity and in the same state of charge.

Yes it has, but since it is very important so saying it several times is not a bad thing.

Hmmm I was just notified that my cable provider is now including the HBO (Max) streaming service for free to customers. This makes the 4th streaming service they're giving you now. Sounds great on the surface but I see what they're doing. They're trying to give incentives for people not to drop cable TV. That's all fine and well, but they're also raising their rates yet again which you have to suspect is in part to pay for these "free" extras.

The best thing I ever did was cut the cable and switch to YouTube TV. I get Netflix and Apple TV free from Tmobile and I subscribe to peacock for wrestling as well as Disney + for the 6 year old. I save a hundred dollars a month from what my cable bill was.

If I sat down and actually looked at the trash we have subscriptions to, I would probably drop a crabcake in my shorts.

Amazon Prime added commercials a while back.

I just have to share this, as I am as giddy as a school-girl right now. There is a decent chance that I pick up an original '80s RC10 tomorrow morning!! At 50, I have never owned an original new B1, and I don't want to say bucket list, but pretty effing cool! Something like this has always been WAY out of my price range, but maybe, just maybe.

And I know I am jinxing this, and the deal will screw up in the next 15 hours , but with a little luck, tomorrow I will own an unsealed, but never built, Cadillac 6016.
