Oh, they don't
turn; they just move. Not relative to the rest of the car. Just, when you pick it up and move it, the wheels move with it. They don't stay put.

Maybe not that hilarious like most of the posts in this thread, but don't see these every day on craigslist. I offered $100, maybe I should have gone higher. He countered at $150 and I said $125. He said he had a buyer at $170 so I let it go.
Pictures were so-so and I don't need another project, but I may kick myself at some point later.
