More specifically a USA-1 with Big Brute tires/rims on it.
I just saw it on eBay and they aren't rare at all and generally go for around a hundred complete and in good condition.

yup...usa 1 with big brute wheels and tires.
The double dare shared the same suspension as the big brute, big boss and hi rider vette. The usa 1 had different suspension components to compensate for the larger / wider tires.

I believe those are Delta shocks - the large diameter model originally built for the Yokomo 834B conversion they made.
I would really like to find some of these in the appropriate length; we used them back in the early 90's on some custom built loose dirt oval cars - they were smooth beyond ANYTHING produced in that era - with aluminum shock pistons!

You got a bunch of tubing and instructions on lengths. It has a .19 engine in it. does have suspension in front. If you can call 2 little springs suspension..

Let me know what length you need... I will disassemble and determine if the extra unknown pistons are for these shocks.

The shocks are 80mm extended front and 94mm extended rear - it is a single shock front end and I believe that the Delta Desert conversion possibly used 2 shocks up front - not 100% sure on that....
In the line of different and unusual, I received this body from a fellow in Japan many years ago; it was what they called a 'space shuttle' body for the 834 B if my memory serves me correctly. He indicated that it had been run in a worlds - don't remember if he said which one or not but I thought I'd give the knowledge base here a shot!
The body is in decent shape - it's a pearl color and was lined on the inside with what appears to be race numbers for cars. Has a crack behind the rear, upper pin hole for mounting. AND, an interesting factoid is that the windows are black paint - rather than clear or tint. Interesting...

Thanks in advance for any input.

On the lower left you have a trickbits motor spacer. It's designed to keep a free airflow to the venting holes in a brushed motor case.

Yeah, those are nice BUT not $100.00 pr nice.... I'm sure most know but Cook Racing re-packaged a lot of Delta stuff and did their own version of the (I believe) Super Eagle.
At any rate, I'm not in any hurry - I've had both of my 834s for years so I'm not going to get nervous now! As many have said, a lot of the fun is in the hunt!
