Hoop you should hook up with and come out together, I know he wanted to go but was hesitant bc of gas... you guys could split the cost. Just a couple of AD's driving across NY... sharing feelings. GROSS!


OH BTW, for those still on the fence... Since 10talk is my home away from home, I'm working on something special for ya'll so get on Scr8p's list and come on out!

exactly why i was checking in... to see if Bill is coming. That would be awesome to see him all the way from AZ!

i'm guessing he's going, since he's apparently building a car for it.

Scr8p is there any chance you can add another category to your first post list please, something like "Would like more than anything to be there but it's never going to happen" or "will be there in spirit"

perhaps you could make a lifesize cardboard cutout of yourself and I will put you on the driver's stand

x2, tooooooooo bad, we should organise something similar here in Europe I'm really pissed of there's the darn pond between us guys, I would totally LOVE to be there and chat with all the nice people here Is there a special raffle for people unable to attend because of lack of money

lol perhaps in the future we could go overseas... i'd say for the first year or two... prob not though lol. Save your euros for next years race now!

I am Planning on it. But I still need to get a flight and I wish I had some the stuff I sold the last few months to help with the build. A fellow racer is planning on attending He is doing the major chassis work the cars for us to race. So as of right Now It looks like I will be there.
Should be fun to meet everyone and talk about vintage stuff! And the racing will just be the icing on the cake!

Yea, I TOTALLY want to go, but $$ and everything else, just wouldn't be condusive. Im thinking next year a WC event in SoCal w/ a trip to the AE factory should be on the agenda. Wonder if Gene still has some pull? isn't it an Aniversary year? Might be a great way to commorate the RC10!

Im also in favor of a cardboard cutout!
