All that weather you guys are getting and we can't get a single inch of rain out here in CA
Hope the worst is over for everyone out there.

Same here. It's doable when the infrastructure is in place. Michigan was great. SC and Greenville County (where I live and is not small by any means) has half a dozen trucks if that. All they do is treat the bridges and interstate if they can get there. Untreated roads suck!Charlie don't surf wrote: I grew up in Syracuse, and I do miss the snow!! But, NC sucks when it snows...it just screws everything up.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Oh man, that sucks. For someone that's only seen the snow a few times in my entire life, it's hard to imagine how that must be. We actually endured a hurricane in the early 90s back in HI, but I think all that snow has got to be worse. Hang in there!scr8p wrote:Haha....... another 5-7" coming overnight tonight.VintageFanatic wrote:Hope the worst is over for everyone out there.

That's about what we got here in PA. I was the first to make tracks on half the roads to work...AWD FTW.scr8p wrote:Haha....... another 5-7" coming overnight tonight.

Re: WINTER STORM KICKN THE EAST COAST
got a laugh at new jersey. There is a ship docked at port with tons of salt but because its missing a flag, they wont let it unload.
reminds me of all the food and water that goes to waste during a hurricane because there is no proper system to distribute it.
