Swap the blue/white/pink/yellow colors around a bit in the color scheme?

well, considering i work for marlboro...

i think its gonna end up pink and white with the boxart decals used unconventionaly to trim between them. been too tied up playing ps3 to commit but i got a good idea what im gonna do.

im torn on painting it... i really am fighting the desire to cheese it with a single color, but i dont wanna do anything design wise thats either lame or beyond my patience level.

i got 3 diagonal bands that im planning on using the boxart sticker sheet stripes with to use as borders between the colors.

first band is up front in the nose and driver side pod, second band is the pass side pod and a little of the roof, third band is most the roof and the rear end drivers side.

im thinkin it will look ok... i got 3 different color combos too.

any suggestions? i got the yellow, pink, white boxart theme, a metallic bronze and silver theme, and a theme using the mad max mfp colors.

Can't wait to see this one once it's done.

it would be done if i wasnt freaked out im gonna bork the dang paint.

im used to painting silver underneath with a color on the outside so it will scratch nicely...

Like the idea of that bronze opposite your white...with something doing on in the middle. It'd be something like:
But you could go with the pink as opposed to red?

I'm really starting to like that body.

well here goes it... couple more coats of camel yellow then the white.

kinda diggin the blue from the masking tape.

meh... im gonna reserve judgement until i get the decals on but after putting on the white i dont like it near as much as i would had i just painted it a solid color.

i'll post pics once i get some decals on. that might take years...

hopefully the stripes and added complexity of some other boxart decals will take this away from looking like its from the partridge family.

imo the boxart stripes blocking between the solid colors helped the funco out a ton. but... if i could do it over, it'd be straight up camel yellow.

gonna sticker it up some more using mostly boxart stickers.

id been alot happier if this damn thing was solid camel yellow...
