Just got power back on Friday and just got internet back up yesterday. People are still without power the next town over from me. A war zone is the only way to describe my area. Trees, wires and transformers was everywhere. My 2 year old deck was hit and damaged by a large limb from a 100' pin oak tree that is my neighbors tree. Lost my deck furniture and the railing. Hoping homeowners insurance covers damage. To early for this crap...

Homeowner's should cover it. We get our fair share of long term outages around here due to storms year round and it's like Christmas, 4th of July and New Year's all in one when that first light comes back on! :D We're lazily shopping for a new house and a whole house generator hooked to a natural gas line will be an absolute must right when we move in. It will be worth every penny!

BTW: Glad things are coming back together. :D
