Tecnacraft was long gone by the time the Tmaxx came out. the largest wheels I saw them make were Clodbuster and USA-1 wheels.
My bad, I was referring to aluminum wheels in general. Did not realize we were only talking Tecna.

I had a set for a very brief time back in the 80s. They were gorgeous. So gorgeous, that I traded them for some bmx parts. I didn't want to scuff them up, they are really only for shelf queens. :)

With the crazy RC10 prices lately on ebay, I'm just going to finish my A&L chassis and that's it. :)

0 Degree arm mounts

Is it necessary for you guys to bust my balls?? geez...
Those were the only arm mounts that came up on ebay for like 3 months.. and I sure as hell wasn't gonna lose em this time... every other auction had a whole slew of parts to go along with the 0 degree mounts, and I wasn't gonna pay $50 for some pile of stuff I didn't need..

Regardless, I called up my buddy from NJ at cruizin with RC's, and he sent me another pair for $4 bucks... I should've called him first.. so I figure I got 2 sets for $24... not too bad... my project is now finished... an almost scale version of the general lee, with the 69 Charger Bolink body... it was worth the effort... I'll post some pix soon.

Yes. :D :P Busting balls is a requisite for membership in this forum. Didn't you read that part on the forum rules & regulations when you signed up?

Just ask 'Hoopty about his shock tower collection.

HAHA... well, consider me a member then.. ball busting was in order.. I put in a max price, never thought they would go up that high...

At least I backed off on the rear RPM oval body mount.. I was on a similar ebay hunt for one of those, but was patient and got one cheap... those are hard to come by as well... but work much better than the contraption I had originally tried to mount the body on.

now I can run the general on my gold pan and my DS chassis.. stealth in both.. I can jump barns with one or speed away from Roscoe in the other..

HEEEE HAW!!

Well, I don't mind fakies, they make the chassis much "sassier"...

My rule live by is, if they are attached then they are real. Don't need anything other than that. :D
