so i figured seeing as most of my powder coat pans have ended up in hereand the next run the majority of them will be on road i start by posting the before and after pics .
i sent them in today and took in noonys truck for the guy to grease the wheels .i promised him a RTR for his kids but first i had to fix the few little tweeks it had in it .

and here is what 40 mins with a BFG and some blocks of oak does
i found it helps if you beat down on a block of ceader this helps the alloy to flex past where you need it to end up

ok so even though money and jobs are in short supply and we are living of my rc collection i managed to find a couple of hours to get a working ds, i am working on a two speed at the moment
Im attempting to do a hyper drive conversion so with a belt drive trans it should be almost silent i will start with a zxr top shaft, it still in the planing stage . i was thinking 55 turn and im still working the math on the two belts pinions and spur
Does anyone see a problem high turn high gearing .
