Does this mean you might be able to mill blind pockets into fiberglass plates?

no, pocketing glass and carbon can be done but it eats endmills like crazy so I avoid it. These wood bits will last a very long time, on glass they wouldnt last a pass

Didn't come cheap, but I wanted it. So clean they damn near look new, and work great when tested. For the cost, it was actually a pretty good deal considering the condition.

I picked up one of those recently, but the 17.5 variant, and new in the box, still shrink-wrapped. I found it surprisingly affordable, given it was about 35% of the listed sticker price ;)

How much were these new? Considering what I got is visually in flawless condition, I thought the $102 spent was a pretty good deal.

As a benchmark, I picked this one up for $113 last year when my LHS closed. It was originally $225

This one that I picked up recently has a price tag of AUS$280, but I got it for an amount in AUS$ that is a smaller number than either of you paid, in US$. :P

I think I got a very good deal ;)

I don't know what it's going into, but this Novak Micro GT with a Mini-Monster mod motor was just too cool to pass up. So was the nice Twister motor.

Now I have to figure out what sort of battery connector that is.

I’m not sure what the name of those connectors are, but if you search for Hpi Micro RS4 connector you’ll see them.
