Well we did just enter the 30th year since it's original release so hopefully we see more then just white wide front arms and the stealth. I personally can't wait to see what's coming.

The B5M manual apparently lists a worlds car kit as part number 6002. So, I guess now we wait!

Which parts are you trying to order? Everything should be available now. You could also email JConcepts direct at [email protected]. Tell them Jeff Harris sent you!

i am looking to get:

motor plate
wing tubes
nose tubes
hazard wheels + tire f/r (white or yellow)
bell crank
shock towers (one of each)
both tranny braces
wing buttons,

i think that is about everything, i already have a detonator body, but may pick up another

pretty sure that is about it... my goal is restore my 6 gear to make it sorta a re-release runner.

so what are we calling a decked out rc10 with jconcept parts? JC10?

i emailed them, just waiting for a response.

Is the JC worlds front tower taller than the other one they're making?

If I'm not mistaken the JC worlds front tower is just like the original with some JC style and flair. The kit is not official yet and that's not a picture of the possible kit release.

After looking at the proline mirage ss body more I just don't like it as much as I do the Detonator. I just canceled my pre-order of 2 and ordered a second Detonator.

The worlds front tower is the correct height for use of the worlds car .71 shocks. The classic tower is the correct height for the .56 shocks. Unlike some of the aftermarket parts the JConcepts worlds front tower does not have a second row of mounting holes to allow the use of the .89 shocks so it is for the purist who prefers the original length shock. This along with the stealth transmission brace will be a great addition to the soon to be released worlds kit!

I realize my opinion probably seems a little biased, but having had my Detonators for as long as I have and even putting them on the shelf next to the mirage bodies, they just look right to me. I know they are not for everyone but for me they are the only choice.

This weekend is the kickoff of the Supercup series here in Florida. For those with access to liverc, check out the racing action. This years series will feature an RC10 class!
