For a change, it actually is a Bolink this time!!!

Bolink Eliminator. Actual model would be confirmable by looking at the rear suspension layout, but what I can see certainly looks to be Eliminator 10 to me.

I totally forgot about Bolink until I discovered a bottle of their shock oil in my old pit box the other day. I remember Bolink as Bob Rule's company and I had many racer friends bitd who ran Bolink stuff. I recall someone showing up at one of our dirt oval meets with a Bolink pan car having a swing axle arrangement in the rear. The two axle halves were connected in the middle via a spring and this allowed each half to work independently. Since it was effectively direct drive, it was amazingly fast down the straights (motor pinion ran directly on a spur connected to the rear wheels like a typical 'straight axle' flat-pan car of the day). This was long before Custom Works and others had introduced their direct drive oval dirt cars. Anyway, with a quick web search, they don't appear to be in business today. Anyone know what happened - were they a victim of the economic meltdown or perhaps they were acquired by someone else? Just curious.

Bolink was sold out to RJ Speed. The owner, Rick Jordan, was a long time employee.

Ah, so it was. I hit the RJ website and got the whole scoop. So, in a way, Bolink lives on. Thanks GoMachV.

Can anyone tell me about this arm? The dimensions sure look like they match an RC10 wide front arm, but I can't place it.

Something is telling me Klein RC10 alloy arms....but my mind is old and feeble

I know its a sprint car company...

Got this motor in with some other old motors but can't figure out what exact model it might be. Looks similar to the current Orion SV2 modified motors with angled hoods. But this is a stock motor. Has TOM molded in the hood.

Yes, that’s it… that’s it exactly. Wow, I didn’t think I’d ever see one of these again. The dirt oval I referenced was very large, highly groomed and ultra-smooth with a small amount of banking. We were running converted buggies with transmissions and this guy showed up with his Bolink and blew our doors off. haha The Bolinks were rather crude (like erector set meets RC) but they did the job. Thanks Dan for the info and the little trip down memory lane.

Picked this up in a lot some months ago. No markings on it, and no clue what it is...
