So is 1999 world track/place too. 1999 world was placed in huge tent that was mainly used as football field. Local kids manage to burn it to the ground and it was decided that the place will not be build back.

Im so close to ordering the 2 kits, but stupid bills are making me wait. I want the replica so that I can prepare bodies properly, fully trimmed to the replica.

On a side note, almost ready with stickers and just testing out which vinyl is best for masks. Sorry for posting into this thread, but it gets way more traffic then mine.

Almost there, she gets color tommorow!

More parts have arrived from Shapeways. When I was working on copying this car, I was pretty sure that the front bulkhead hinge pin to hinge pin distance was the same as that on the B3/4/5 and that RC10T pins would be used. I was happy to see that Jake and Niki measured the same thing. Niki's front bulkhead is a little different than the original but in my opinion his is better. The original appears to have been made for a different front kick and the top screws went in at this angle rather than straight down. They had a small filler panel above the top deck that the screw heads could sit against. Niki integrated this top panel into the bulkhead as one piece and made the screws go straight down from the top deck. It's definitely the better way to do it.

Thanks Fred.

Although I had my thoughts (some members had their avatars changed to quite interesting ones about same time) but when I arrived to pits, there it was: muddy 91 stealth in Niki's pit table. The feeling was unreal when 91 stealth was in front of me. Not only he and Jake managed to create ones, he really drove the car at race.
You are right Jirka, somehow it was a strange and unbelievable view :)

Hi Guys,
I talked with Cliff Lett at work this week about the kick-up angle on the '91 Stealth Car. He reminded me that we should have an extra car around the shop somewhere. I did some digging and found one.
I did some measuring and found that the front kick-up angle is 30 degrees. Here are some pictures of the car and kick-up angle. I'm not sure who's car this was though.

Great pictures. Thanks Curtis.
Mystery around this car slowly disappears. One thing I still can not understand... when we first made 30deg mockup version, we couldn't replicate side view picture of '91. Jake tried it with real mockup car and I tried it virtually with CAD software. So we made our version more B4'ish that was actually needed? :)
Is it just the chassis stance difference that fools our eyes with these two Stealth brothers? Maybe Masami still had 25deg? ;) We'll find out when Curtis gets those cars back...

I wonder if compensatory angle was built into the front bulkead?

It looks as if on the 89 car the front is higher than the rear. On the 91 car the rear is higher than the front. The angles of the chassis relative to the floor are at different angles exaggerating the kick up angle difference if any difference at all.
