Thanks guys, she will be missed. I hope I have it that easy when I pass.

Sad to hear Jeff, that's certainly tough. I've never understood how hard it could be losing an animal until it happened to me for the first time about 8-9 years ago.

Very sorry for your loss. My dog Ted passed away on Christmas Eve and I still miss him every day.GoMachV wrote: ↑Sat Jun 08, 2024 1:11 am Our Audrey passed away tonight. We were getting ready for bed, going out to potty. She turned around to come back in and stood in front of my wife and just passed out. Couldn't get he breathing again. Took her to the emergency vet, but she was gone. Having her cremated.

Here's another shot of Rudy being quiet and unassuming....
What you can't see is that he's lying directly on top of a hot water bottle!! Guess the poor little blighter is feeling the cold a touch....Osiris is the key.

Dogs are such faithful companions. Even at 16 Buster still offers to help carry the bacon to the table.

If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Re: The dog thread
One of our Swiss White Shepard passed away yesterday... Aged 14, F'hainae arrived in the family 2 months after the other Swiss White Shepard, and that was to save her. We welcomed her after a few months of bad treatment by the previous owner. She had been always a bit shy, but she was happy with us and in company of the other Swiss White Shepard...

14 is already old, and we know that it may happen any time for the other Swiss White Shepard (about the same age)...
