Oooooold thread revival! I have just stumbled across this whilst I was searching for some Nick Adams/Demon reference material... and have just read every page. Some amazing examples of chassis lightening here!
I should probably add my MMS Concept Car, although it is nothing like as severe as many of the examples herein.
Anyway - this is what Model Motor Sport in the UK used to do to their cars bitd. Looks quite professional on reflection. The nose piece machining is a real work of art, especially the bit inside the very front plate - presumably done to retain the Associated logo!

I guess I can drop this in here too, although not really in the 'drilled' spirit of the other cars being posted. Still a lightweight chassis change though I suppose.
