i've had this for quite some time, but any idea what body this is? sorry for the dust, i left it on purpose. adds a little depth to the clear body


and here is the wing i know, terrible edges, any recommended tool to fix it ?


also, what chassis is this ?

Looks like a Hot Bodies Stealth Fighter body to me. One of the best looking RC10 bodies ever according to me.

EDIT: it is slightly different (especially around the rear shock tower) now that I compare them... I might be wrong

The two gear set ups in the one pic are HPI.The open sided one is a center diff (identical to the one in my MT2 but MT2 is adjustable,) and the other is a front or rear (the same)diff from same.HPI used this set up in a lot of the nitro line up.

Yup, and the blue parts are sway bar mounts for those cars as well. -Jeff

I cleaned up the edges of my 'Cuda body alternating between a gentle, steady-handed Dremel on slow speed with a cone-shaped grinding stone and 400-grit sandpaper. It's not perfect but it's a lot better than it was to begin with.

Some sort of touring car chassis, maybe a TC3 or TC4...?

Not TC3, or TC4 the cut for the motor is transverse, not inline.

Figured it out today. Its a Hot Bodies Cyclone S chassis.

Im kinda new to vintage schumachers. Is this a cougar 2?

Matey,

Purple pan denotes a Cougar 2 Works. Looks like it has carbon towers as well, so was probably a Works from birth.

The Works is the Cougar2 top-spec model from the factory....

Cougar 2 Works huh? That makes me feel even better about buying it. Are the works buggies fairly rare these days?
