Great project. I can't wait to see this one coming together. I wonder if anyone has some better pics from old rc car mags. I remember seeing this car in magazines quite a bit back then. Good luck with the build.

It's probably just the angle of the light reflection, or my monitor, but the trans brace looks like the color is more orange than red.
The servo saver came out nice. I haven't had such good results trying to dye those as they are a different type of material from the rest, did you have to leave it in a lot longer?

ya, it was in the dye like twice as long as the other parts. i should've let them in longer...... they're still a bit on the orange side.

i made some progress on this bad boy. i'm pretty much out of new hardware, so it's gonna sit some more unfortunately.

i'll be painting it.
i'm gonna do a test run on a new body, just to see how it turns out before i do the one that's going on the car. i CAN'T screw that one up. you'll see why in a little while.

I think iam going to try to paint one . does not seem to be to difficult . i dont have the correct decals for it i ll will just use what i have . whats up with the white front arm mount did masami break one and replace with a white one? great car cant wait to see it finished.
