Well, everything seems to be working fine today. I don't know if he is tweaking the settings or what. But for now, here I am. Once I get a couple other things under my belt, he is giving me access to the firewall and training me on it. Then there will be no problems and I won't have to worry about loosing my RC10Talk buddies. I don't get to spend nearly as much time on here as I use to. But I would go nuts if I could not keep in touch at all.

I'm sure I speak for many when I say you're presence is missed. Heck, when you quit coming around as often, erich and others quit too. What the heck is up with that?

Have you seen the way Synergy thinks?

No I haven't ever seen Synergy or his brain, which I think is a plus side

latex in itself is quite cool, its just when you start inflating it and wearing it that it's ... unnerving, but thinking about it i don't know which is scarier, inflated latex or crushed blue velvetHalgar wrote:His affinity for latex and crushed blue velvet is quite disturbing!purpletimbo wrote:No I haven't ever seen Synergy or his brain, which I think is a plus side

Before you go too far, remember, you can't "unsee" or "unthink" things. Be careful what you ponder.Volumiza wrote:latex in itself is quite cool, its just when you start inflating it and wearing it that it's ... unnerving, but thinking about it i don't know which is scarier, inflated latex or crushed blue velvet

Boy you said it. I still remember my first visit (and last) visit to rotten.com and then there was that index page that had some pictures on it and one was labeled scat. Yeah, I did not know what was at the time. Still wish I didn't.Halgar wrote:...Before you go too far, remember, you can't "unsee" or "unthink" things. Be careful what you ponder.
On a bummer note, rc10talk was blocked at work as of this afternoon. I got an email saying they were working on the filter so maybe it will be back up tomorrow. If not, that will seal my daily 10talk surfing for a while.

So far, so good. They had to turn one of the apps off because it was conflicting with the other. We'll see how long it last but this site is suppose to be listed in the allow list of the filter. Now that is a deal between me and one of the network technicians. If the admin does something different, that will be another story. As the assistant to the admin, it will be hard for me to ask him to allow a social site so I can site and chat all day
.
Looks like scr8p got the best solution. But it is so hard to leave a government position. I have to admit, I got it made here. I can actually get up in the morning and look forward to going to work.
