After this hitch, the rest went together relatively easily, back ends a bit wider with those Yokomo adapters fitted.
Thanks very much to John Broadhurst at JC Racing for sorting out the wheels for me, these are 4WD fronts at the moment, But John has supplied me with both Yokomo fitment (19mm wide) and Triumph bearing front 2WD rims, in 2.2"
Hard to find 2.2"bearing fronts rather than the 14mm Hex these days.

Cutting up the Undertray and gear cover from Penguin RC, I don't remember M2 being so hard to see back in 1992, think my arms are getting shorter, not that my eyes are straining ( honestly)

Ready to fit the body and electronics now, Not sure to fit older radio or newer stuff? see how it all goes together.
My gear is not quite right age, Novak stuff is too old (T4, NER-2X) and Futaba stuff too new (MC810)
I do have an LRP 13 Turn which i think is period correct but will be way too fast for me to run. 27 Turn is all good.
Then I'll have to get it dirty, no excuses left.

Slow process, got up to fitting radio, but had the usual quandry over period correct radio, vs modern small footprint and reliability.
Turns out i didnt have a grunty enough old school esc to power the lrp, so modern stuff prevailed.
So easy to fit though.

The recess in the lipo frame was made to fit the MC850, i ran these in my ZX-5 and they were reliable and easy.
Didnt appreciate how close that conductive carbon sits.
So i used additional heatshrink. Just in case
