Quite pleased with my first go at cutting and bending kydex for this bumper. Debating drilling holes which I guess allow flexibility and shock absorbtion?

Holes would give a bit more flex, likely, and the flex is part of the role of the Bumper... Usefull for those non reinforced pure nylon parts...
I buy kits to build and ru(i)n them :-)

Drill it ,drill it , drill it , my humble opinion would be to make it as original as possible.
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
A problem shared is a problem halved but an advantage shared is no advantage at all.
