mm, david, are we talking about the same wheels here?
I don't see any Jconcept wheels pictured in this thread.
I think he's referring to the yokomo wheels on the latest vitecs

They look alot like the rulux wheels but not quite. These are some real good looking machines. I think I really like the 'stretched slammed' look :D . Along with the 'everything' with 'em they just look cool. I don't think I could run one like that...would have to be my first shelfer  .

Actually That's right... I was referring on those. But the Rulux wheels are also very cool if they can be mounted on a god tub...

the rulux wheels should be a lot easier to mount on your gold tub as they follow the imperial standards while the yokies are metric.

OK good! So is it a relatively direct fit or do I need to use some B4 parts to mount the rulux?

Ah! Time to stir this old post up:
Today I suddenly realised I've got nearly all elements to make the later version of the Vitec: MX-4 suspension parts and wheels are covered, the chassis with kick-up should be possible with that new thermo-formable graphite stuff from germany.

But relooking the thread I see the stealth of the MK1 is replaced by a B2 transmission on the car with MX-4 arms... what a bummer.
I've got this stealth gearbox ready ever since mikedealer came up with the plan to build real racing tuber chassis, but no B2 transmission.
Michael? Did you ever fit the vitec with MX-4 arms and stealth box in some intermediate stage?

Beautiful, beautiful craftmanship,Michael! You have every right to be proud as punch of your creation.
Someone re-create one,or two,or three...

I would say that both transmissions are from a B2, in the second pic, the motor guard looks different.
Shocks are from a RC10T.
