Re: Orangemazda’s sneak peek WOIN Ultima
The car is looking great. Have you chosen a body and paint scheme?
I've often wondered what differentiates a carpet tire from a hard-pack dirt (or semi-loose dirt) tire. Probably some of the best performing tires I run on my dirt track were labeled for carpet use.

Re: Orangemazda’s sneak peek WOIN Ultima
I'm leaning towards an original ultima style body with roll cage with custom color scheme original decals from MCI.
The tire compound reminds me of the compound that the tires "back in the day" were made of.

I finely got the body and wing mounted up. Now to order the custom decals!

Gee, that wing is so efficient, you can drive the car on the ceiling.
Anyway, the car is looking good -- even better right side up.

Re: Orangemazda’s sneak peek WOIN Ultima
Ah, here we are again.
I like how you reduced the funkyness of the steering setup: with the a&l crank on the left and the low profile servo on the right, behind the servo posts.
There's one thing I'd like to recommend: a losi pro-se front shocktower, or homemade version of that. It really hels to give a more aggresive look on the front.

Yeah, I think the RC10 wing looks more aggressive then the mk1 Ultima wing, that’s why I decided to use it instead.

I think I just realized what you guys were trying to say… Do you guys think I mounted the Ultima wing upside down, LOL!

No, we were saying that the car must've had serious downforce if it was staying planted while running on the ceiling.
Or maybe you should change your topic title to WUSD...What's UpSide Down.

Have you tried white wheels with it yet? I think that would look better with the white chassis.
