No. I got out bid by the baron! So annoying! I thought I'd struck gold when I found that auction and then it was posted on here. Had you found it before it was on here btw?

I was sure my bid would be fine and don't have time or the internet to watch auctions any more or it would have been mine. That's the third I have missed out on.

Yup, I also saw it before it was posted here, damn you Anthony (just kidding mate), I don't either have time anymore to watch and follow the Ebay craze, man prices for RC10 and parts are rising quite steeply with more and more people involved into each auction  I was not used to this :|

sorry to out the auction guys 8)
But seriously, anybody looking for this stuff and willing to pay big bucks will find it. I have an auto search set up for (tecnacraft, technacraft) so ebay is kind enough to email me every time one of those words comes up. If someone really butchers the spelling or uses a generic term I'll miss it though. I just got one such email with 2 listings having aero-foils, have fun.

I know people can find stuff if they are looking for it but I just think a lot of people look for stuff because of this site. e.g. the aerofoil is sold here, a car is shown with it and then an auction with one is outed, thus peoples interest is peaked.

But did they want one before? Were they looking and would they have found it that's another question.

I am just bummed about it still.

So are you going to out these current auctions because my Tecnacraft search doesn't show them?

My friend just sent me a text saying he was taking his Mint unmodified Clod to the LHS for sale. I told him weeks ago I wanted it.

I'll post pics as soon as i get it. Im undecided if I want to turn it into a crawler OR if Im going to leave it stock. I had a JPS clod years ago. I'll have to find the pic, it was mean.

Nice rides folks!

I am sure we all have tales of the ones we let get away mate, I have sold many a car which I should have kept. Just don't let it get to you and look onwards and upwards you can always get one again.

thanks Gammacrush, I love the truck . the cantilever's make a huge difference. makes the suspension smoother and helps the truck to roll more rather then flip over when turning fast. I built this thing around 10/11 years ago. played with it alot back then but now maybe 2 or 3 times a year Ill break it out. :D just change a few thing to it . I locked up the rear steer and replaced the 1/4th servo that I had to steer front/back . and put a servo up on the front bumper thats new also :D plus I added some new era wheel wideners. another big improvement.

you make that cantilever kit sound awesome. i like the way esp describes the cantilevers "it gives your truck the look of true rising suspension action, like the real monster trucks" or something along those lines haha. i want to get those cantilevers but have no money right now! i got my zilla2 from an ex-girlfriend long ago for valentines day. and it is way out of commision right now. it sits like almost falling apart but its all there... just needs some screws and bolts to hold it all together. i will ressurect it one day. i think of it as like a retired superhero, or at least that is the persona i give it in my head. LOL! do you have any rc10s? also, welcome to the board man! :D

peace,
gamma

:edit: are those associated shocks?
