I'm curious about the steering setup and tie rods- what did you use and what size ball cups are those?

The ball cups are the standard rpm ones for associated etc. I tapped the holes in the tamiya axles with a 4-40 tap and used a long associated ball studs.

Does it have any bump steer with the dual bellcrank setup?
It has the smallest amount of bump steer after using the long ball studs on the wheel end and a 1mm spacer on the steering arms. It took a lot of fiddling to figure it out.
I haven't driven the car yet and have no idea on how it will handle. I hope its good enough!

The wheelbase is about 3mm longer than my rc10 in short wheelbase mode and the front end is a RCH half inch wider than stock tamiya front, with axles widened out another 10mm each side.
This is still narrower than a RC 10 worlds car, but looks great and still should handle well.
The rear is a few mm narrower than a RC 10 worlds as well.

Can you show some more detail how you widen the front end by that extra 1 cm on each side? That looks very trick but I simply could not figure it out... if you do not mind

These are the parts I used to widen the front axles.
The wheels mount onto these and you use some 5mm brass tube to put a sleeve over the original axle.

A few more updated pics.
Here's a couple with the newly machined derilin bearing carriers from Bezerk RC in Melbourne Australia
One more with some black JC racing wheels.
I'm just waiting on my new brushed speed control and the project will be finished.
