Finally some progress :)

It's almost done. I just need some servo posts, a new body (will be probably a TBG body) + decals and I have to install electronics.

Battery cups are taking a bath in peroxide :)

Looking great Daniel! I have two questions for you:
1)- do the front bumper screws have 4 little dots stamped in.
2)-are the rear hub carriers the 0* (#7365) marked with a 0 , or the 1.5* (#7358) marked with an L (for left).
Thanks 8)

Thank you Marlo :)

I've checked this for you!

1) yes, screws have 4 little dots stamped in.
2) 1.5° with an L

But why do you want to know these details? :D

Cheers,
Daniel

Thanks for checking
I'm putting together something for my thread, and a general research on screws is a passion of mine  as many types of screws were used throughout the runs. Since your truck is a "B" stamp with black comp. arm's, and a worlds rear bulkhead, I wondered if it was switched up to a 0* hub.. I'm always looking for the tiny details.......after all the devil is in the details...BTW, I think that Elite is correct to this truck!

I was confused now, didn't notice you were talking about the motor with "Elite" lol

As I said: yes, I think you're right. The motor is probably correct.

I was pretty lucky with that find. The truck is in a really good shape, just needed to be stripped down and a good cleaning. I didn't have to replace parts, even a screw! (except the battery cups) But I have to admit that I'm maniac...so decided to replace the nose plate because it was slightly bent and the dust cover because it has a small crack...

The Reedy Elite Stock Motor! It's like new, still with the original cables and connector! :)

Very nice RC10T.

Did you put bearings in it?

Thank you! :)

No it still has the original bushings. It's all stock :)

I was thinking about converting it to a team truck, I have all the requested parts to do it but I finally decided to keep it all stock :)

Cheers,
Daniel

Hi Marlon,

thank you for the advice! As I said I already ordered this body and just noticed the difference after...

So body, decals and lexan colors are ordered. Today I will install electronics and battery cups :)

Vale,

Let me know if you like the body. I need a new one for my 10T and was on the fence about the slammed body. I wish they had it painted to see the differences better.

No problem! I also have been searching for finished bodies but I've found nothing, not even a picture. I will compare the original body the slammef body and post some pictures.
