The fronts are standard B2/B3, I had a pair, for racing it will be fitted with B4 fronts. The link you posted is for the CRT rims I am using for the rear.

JPAE07, I believe you are right.

Thats awesome. What is the part number for the HPI Adaptors?

AYKBOBCAT Asked the following:

These are the tires and wheels to use?
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wt ... LXCXT5&P=7
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wt ... LXCXT7&P=7
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wt ... LXCXT3&P=7
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wt ... LXCXT2&P=7

I didn't see a response so I am asking again.

Does anyone know or has anyone tried these Evader BX2 rims on their B2 axle conversion?

I checked the DuraTrax website and instruction manual for the Evader BX2 and it looks like thee rear axles use pins, So the backs of the rears should work. Does anyone know?

Thanks

I cant get those links to work. I havent tried the Duratrax wheels, and am happy with the CRT ones. I still need to get a set of B2/B3 cvds....projects, projects, projects.

I need tires and wheels for my T2 chassied buggy...
I used this CVD kit

So I get that I could use evader wheels and tires?
these are 2.125 wheels right? (2 and 1/8). Is this the same as 2.175 from associated?
Do I have to stick with Duratrax tires?
Do the front wheels use only metric bearings?

My personal opinion is that the offset is closer to the B4/Losi that needed for our vintage cars. Only way to really tell is to pick up a set.

The rear duratrax rims shown in the previous post wouldn't work. They are from the electric evader bx.

You would want rims from the nitro evader bx as they have a deeper dish, probably closer to what you would want for an early rc10.

The only problem with the duratrax rims on a runner is they tend to chip/crack easily around the outer rim.

Damn. I saw the offset looked a bit different but was hoping they would work. I pictured a set of Green or Blue Evader BX2 wheels on a new B2 conversion. Oh well.

So long as you use rims from a NITRO evader bx, you should be good.

The following should work:
