Here's the pics of the pieces. There's also some chassis posts. There about an inch tall and about a quarter inch around.

Those look just like associated 12i pieces.

You're correct. These are Associated parts. Now I have to find the correct Bolink parts. Oh well, thanks. At least I know now before I made a big financial booboo.

Can you do fiberglass parts as well?

Sorry that isn't possible for fiberglass.

Thnx. Is there another way to do chassis pieces with the printer?

Printing a chassis with a 3 printer is a tricky thing. you would have to make lots of design changes to give it the needed strength. Might have to make it multiple pieces even. A chassis is pretty complicated part when it comes to 3D printing. A flat sheet of 3D printed plastic just wouldn't cut it. Have to have walls and reinforcement like a molded chassis.

Roll cages are tough when they look to be one piece like this. They need to be multiple pieces that can print flat. As soon as a small section sticks out above the rest it becomes a week spot. Plus the size of that as one pieces would problem be hard. You have to have lots of support material under it as it prints. The support material would probably require more plastics than the whole roll cage. If it was like the modern roll cages for RC sprint cars it would be fairly feasible. Those are made of multiple parts that screw together usually.

I wonder if I could change the design to be assembled in pieces. Would be better for breakages as well.
I will get started on the model and see if I can break it into modules. Maybe with pins and sockets, CA glued even?
Thanks for your input.
