Have you run it yet? I ordered a crap load of parts for mine and can't wait to put it together.

Not yet still waiting on my shorty packs to arrive. It's all ready to just got the body back from my painter and wheels are glued up and mounted. I'm dying to take it for a spin. I'll get some pics of it finished up tomorrow.

Made a few changes on the ball cups and shock towers, tires need to be glued up but its ready for its first run after being updated. Just need my batteries to arrive, as i decided to go with shorty packs so i don't need to modify the chassis or battery cup.

Yea using what I have for now. Didn't want to spend extra on a body since I had this one being painted as a spare.

Awesome build, thanks for sharing. I have one of these in parts too, very good inspiration (except for the body :P). How are you mounting the shorty packs and do the big bores pass the shock towers?

regards

I'm just using foam battery spacers to keep it centered for balance and a B4 carbon battery brace to hold it in place. For the shocks I used Avid shock mounts with a 2mm spacer to keep them away from the shock towers and a 4mm spacer on the rear shocks at the arms to keep a decent angle.

Unfortunately I have not run it or any of my cars. Been having some back problems and have not been able to make it out to the track. But hopefully I'll be back 100% within the next week or 2. I'll update as soon as I can.

when I run my shorty packs in my 10 (buggy), the foam isnt needed, as long as the battery strap tucks under/inside the rear bulkhead "cup". I run my packs full forward, against the servo.

Based on the tires, LRH or OCRC? You should get some Holeshots/Ribs and come play with us @ Pegasus.

OC/RC and I might make it out tomorrow to finally run it. Back is at about 90% but good enough.

I didn't realize you were that close. You need to bring it (and your others) out to Peg one Saturday so we can get a group together and race.
