I have an all black team car, it was missing a few bags and even the chassis but still in the box. I foolishly opened this bag before snapping the pic but this is what was there- black worlds bulkhead, plastic brace, and black cut nose. There isn't any other combo that this bag could have come from other than a team car as far as I can tell. Worlds would have a carbon brace and worlds tower, champ was a gold nose, etc.
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas Factory Works website
I have decided to go in a different direction in this build, mainly due to the fact that I finally sourced a standard black nose plate. I will now be using a late B stamped chassis, standard nose, rear bulk head, tranny brace. Because I don't have TQ/22, I will still be using white raised X rear A arms, and aluminum front in-line axels with TQ/23 and hope this will all work out as far as being correct.
Also forgot, I picked up a few packs of these. They contain the raised dot chassis screw that I so crave. Also in those kits, brand new 10T turnbuckles that will be used on a later early 7011 build. Picture quality is poor. My camera won't pick up the raised dot, but it is there, on all of them.
i believe there was an early/late(r) deal with black and gold springs. pretty sure my team car came with gold springs, but i think they were eventually swapped out in favor of black.
With almost all the parts to build a late team car, either a black/white, or an all black, and I'm leaning towards an all black, would anyone know what an all black team would have used for correct tires. ATM I have a rear set of #6823, that I was...
Hello guys!
I recently broke my steering bellcranks on my RC10 Team Car Tub Version! Is there any possibility to uprade the bellcranks to B3/T3 or B4/T4? Photos and/or discribtion of parts and how to do is greatly appreciated!
I don´t know if this...

how'd you break a bellcrank?
Tower still sells the MIP bearing bellcrank kit.
Nope, I bought the last one sometime early summer
i never much cared for the mip bellcranks with the uber thin bellcrank posts anyway...
i picked this up in a trade with 85edinger. it was used a little bit but it's still in pretty decent shape. as you can see in the pics, it definitely needed a cleaning and was missing some parts.

I sold one set of those 8115 so I'm down to only 6 new sets now
Is the RC10 Team Car #6035 from the early 1990s a fairly collectible buggy in RC10 buggy history? I have the opportunity to waste my money and get a NIB (opened) but unassembled kit. I remember this car from 2wd buggy racing in the early 1990s. Is...

All the vintage rc10 stuff is currently and will become even more collectable because its unlikely they'll ever be reproduced again. I'm surprised there are as many NIB cars/parts out there as there is... It's also why I scoop them up any chance I...
Do not know how to formulate this build, but it will be done with NIB parts and some old. No rere parts.
The goal is a out of the box Team car.

In 1998 I took a Team car to the Washington indoor Nats and Won 9th in the A main stock, It was a 3 day event and was held in Tacoma. The track was built in a old Safway building, If I remember right there was like 500 racers. from all over the...
So my B3's are done.... (mostly) and more it's on to the new B4 Team Car!
I picked this up for a steal at $99.99 + free shipping just before Xmas and I have to say I really missed building rc cars. In an age of rtr everywhere, I...

Well, no one has taken it down or moved it, soooo....
UPDATE!!!
Well, after over 2mo of waiting for some B3 parts I had on backorder to come in, I ordered the bearings and spacers for the FT rear hub carriers and the SC10 nose/rr chassis brace...
Hey guys, I just got a Team Car in that I had purchased. Overall condition of the car is pretty good. Tranny is smooth and the chassis has no extra holes so I am already doing pretty good.
I have some pretty big plans on this car and hope to start...

This is one of the best builds I've seen on RC10Talk. I always go back to view this thread when I get the egret to build another car. Awesome job Jake.
