Same here. I used the cheapest Harbor Freight airbrush with about 40-45 psi to spray Fasblack, Fastint and Faskoat without thinning on my crawler body.

Maybe its a batch thing?? I have to thin all my fascolor, except the white. I almost need to thicken it

It might be an airbrush thing as the directions state that Faskolor doesn't need to be thinned, it can be sprayed right from the bottle with an optional lid/adapter. The paints are probably consistent; it's much more likely that everybody's airbrush is different.

That sounds too thick, obviously--I believe the correct viscosity should be similar to milk.

If you are going to thin Faskolor or Createx Based paints, use the reducer made for the paints. Createx #4012 reducer not only thins the paints but also does not water down the pigments in your paints like other solvent based liquids do.
If your paint is thick in the bottle or has not been used in a while, i also recommend using Createx Intercoat to being your paint back to life, since it is the Intercoat in your paint that is thickening up. Intercoat re-activates your paint.
I have used these products with Faskolor, Createx, Wicked, Autoair, and Mission Models paints. All worked flawlessly.
What happens with Acrylic based paints is that once they are opened up and exposed to oxygen, the drying process begins even if they are sealed after use. So if you open up a bottle and is very thick, it is easily fixed by Intercoat 4030. Thinning them further with 4012 Reducer allows you to control the viscosity of the paint so you can spray through your brush easier and finer.
