well here she is pretty complete minus the gear box cover, side mirrors,door handles and the side muffler. i really want to strip the paint off the wheels BUT the tires are glued on. UGH! any ideas???? do not want to damage these rare tires.

is it going to be a runner?

Another thing that has worked for others is to freeze them, which makes the CA glue brittle.

no shelfer. the boiling hot water wont harm the tire?

but if your going to run it are you going to try to adapt modern rim/tires?

As farmer said, boiling shouldn't damage the rubber. Try it, then try freezing if boiling doesn't do the trick.
