Wow, I really like that. Would look great anodized an obnoxious color (not for this build, but for something I was planning). I'd like to know where to get it, too.

I'd like to know as well! Its hard to tell for sure but it looks cast and not machined correct?

It seems like a cast to me so hopefully there is a source out there somewhere for them.

they are $100 at the bottom of their webpage here http://www.acechassisco.com/products/products_motor.html

It includes the gears and stuff too. It would be nice if just the case was available.

Thats what I was thinking. Somebody has to have a mold out there.

Mine is a machined case ( and an piece of art inside ) but they may have media blasted after? anyway here is the GT variation

A few build update photos. Hoping to get the wheels built tonight. So far, everything has gone together very well. The only bump was one of the holes in a Losi bell crank was not threaded. They must have been made on a Friday afternoon. :lol: Easy fix with a tap and some shock oil.

Doug, what are the "spacers" in between the rear bulkhead and the chassis?
