Tanks!
I would like to chrome paint the wheels. Sins I don’t have air brush, I have bin looking for a rattle can without any luck. Those I have found are sensitive for contact of any sort… I would love if Alclad came in a rattle can… and I have search the forum without any luck for a solution.

Brilliant work there Lars! I once wanted to build something similar but could not find the right size alloy tube and bender.
Your work is definately inspirational.

Some updates and THX for all positive feedback from all of you guys!
I did as MrED suggested a simple body with a few folds out of 1mm Lexan.

I left the painting to Micke Nilsson, a friend at my local RC club sins I don’t have any hobby room! Hi is not that familiar with the vintage paint scheme. But I think the outcome was good, but he did a small mistake! He painted the wing black instead of silver… but mistake happens! So now I have to mail Marwan to get a new one I think!
I painted the frame red with a rattle can in my kitchen … I think this needs an explanation! First of all, my wife was out of town!!!

Then I folded some cardboard to fit between the cooker and the fan, I cut a round hole on the top for the fan. And there you have it, your one paint box! And it works really nice.
And this was the outcome from my home made pint box.

So what will the wife say when she takes out the filter for its next cleaning???
The car looks really well and I'm looking forward for more projects from your hand.

There was another member wanting to do his own 'wild-one'. I hope he sees your build 'cause that's what it reminds me of.

we have to get you to Australia and have some beach action shots done by Rizo's son!

Now it starts to look like race car, a few things are still left to do. And all that include Alclad 2 chrome paint, the KC lights, motor guard and nerf bars. I almost forgot the custom made decals and the wing! Still working out where I have misplaced my A&L wing mounts that I was planning to use…
The driver is painted and ready to push the pedal to the metal…
I even fitted an exhaust I found in my "way back box", it’s from an old COX dune buggy
