Chassis is Hyperdrive but I don't know who made the doodad on the t-bar. It's similar to the Load Actuators on an Agitator...or the cross brace Cheetah Racing made but I forget what it was called.
It kind of looks like something Raceway Mfg. might have made.

I don't know if it's something you could buy or not. The idea was already out there and it could just as easily be something someone made on their own.
I remember seeing something similar on a car several months back listed on eBay and it gave me ideas on how to make something similar. Don't remember the details on that car, so it could actually be the same one in your pic.

Mash-up of Bullet, Sledgehammer and Rustler parts.
The seller seems to have most of the parts in the one box to put it back together as a Bullet...and build a few more cars if you've got the chassis.

Ahh, a Bullet chassis. I watched it end yesterday and couldn't figure it out.
