Hard to get a good picture of this, holding it in one hand and taking photo with tablet in the other and a dog (that suddenly weighed two tuns and could not be moved) on my lap , it's meant to be a Hot Laps wheel for the Yokomo 834b .

Just got this off the printer , same wheel in grey silk PLA , need to add a fillet to the rim then I'll stick them on Thingiverse .

What a great looking wheel!! At first glance, I thought it was turned aluminum.

Started modelling the Mini Mustang , got a wheel printed , looks nice , somehow I made it too deep but easily remedied .

Couple of quick n dirty test prints of a lower arm and steering hub for the Mini Mustang , the suspension pin surround on the arm was only 5.8mm on the original and that looked too fragile for a printed part so I upped it to 7mm and it still fits fine .

Top arm , kind of feels like cheating as all four corners use the same suspension components

Started on the PB Mini Mustang Chassis , not finished yet as I'm starting with the left side and only the elements that are mirrored on the other side , no motor hole yet but my brain just turned to mush so it's time to stop . Yesterday I also drew up and test printed the motor plate , then adjusted it a bit and re printed , now its pretty much spot on .
The chassis is so long I can't print it in one part , I don't think its professionally printable either so I think I'm going to find a way to split it , fortunately there's plenty of space inside to make a join that's strong enough.

Nice work!
The long chassis maybe printable... But it all depends the process you want. I saw some providers able to do MJF with a max build size of 380*284*380mm, and it is often bigger builds on SLS with 360x360x420mm or even 630 x 330 x 550 mm (natural)... It is worth trying to upload files on online services and try. That being said, the price might be super high.
Have the considerations with the Hirobo Bearcat chassis, by the way (about 386mm length: That being said, there is a lot of room available so it is possible to separate it in two parts, and add a link with screws in the middle...

This is the completed chassis without the unique parts for left or right , I thought it best to test print this before going any further in case something complicated needs adjusting that would be more difficult with extra elements involved .

Result of the front test piece , it's mostly very good

, there's a few things like the servo cut out that needs to go forward 1.5mm , the diff bearing seats are slightly off but all the screw holes line up and the suspension fits perfectly .
